Scallions are very similar to green onions and spring onions. Softer than green onions, and on the whole with a sweet onion, toss in vinegar bean paste to make a Nuta and refreshing. How to make Nuta

1: Divide the leaves and stems. Cut stems in half lengthwise

to about 5cm long, respectively.

2: Boil water in small pot. Then add in scallions, letting them boil for about two minutes. Once Yudeaga (boiled), raise in a colander and allow it to cool off the moisture.

3: Form balls mixed with vinegar and miso, adding sugar and mustard. Mix well.

4: Add well-chopped shallot moisture just before the addition of the three vinegar bean paste. Toss well and it is ready to eat.
