Mixing Dashi

Mixing Kezuribushi a blend such as "Sababushi" and "Muroajibushi" will take the soup to a full-bodied.

Mixing Kezuribushi ... 30g water ... 1L

Over to the fire and put water in a pot, bring to a boil.

Mixing put Kezuribushi.

Boil for about 2 minutes over low heat.

To stop the fire, quietly straining in a colander lined with cloth or the like.
