"Paprika" is a kind of "peppers". Pepper can be divided into "bell type", "sushi type", "shishito", the "bell type" among them is called "paprika"

Frozen storage of paprika
Paprika is relatively delicious to eat even if frozen in raw condition. Because it is big to use up once, because the unit price per piece is somewhat high, so when using a small amount and when it gets a lot or when you get a lot, frozen preservation is recommended!

Let's cut it to easy-to-use size, put it in "Zip lock freezer bag" and store it frozen!
