Allicin is said to be useful for prevention of lifestyle diseases such as arteriosclerosis and metabolic syndrome because it has a function to improve blood flow by smoothing the blood to prevent blood clots from occurring
Furthermore, because it has an effect to aid absorption of vitamin B1, effects such as recovery of fatigue, strength strengthening, appetite promotion etc. are also done
That irritating odor that tears come out was actually a very grateful one! ~!
This week I will introduce the recipe to receive fresh luscious new onions, so please check it out

Onion preservation tech & frozen preservation tech

<Technique preserved onions>
Common onions are dried in the shade for about 1 month after harvesting in order to improve preservation. Because it is vulnerable to steam, put it in a good breathable net such as a net, or leave it hung in a well-ventilated place.
Because the new onion has a lot of moisture, put it in a "zip lock standing bag" and save it in a refrigerator and let's eat as soon as possible.

In addition, general onions are good preserved ingredients as it is, but it is convenient when used for dishes that make use of sweetness when frozen ♪

<Technique of frozen preservation of onion>
1, choose a larger chopped or thicker, and divide it into easy-to-use quantities and wrap it in "Saran wrap". It is better to cut a little because it is difficult to remodel the texture because many drainage occurs when cutting finely

When using it ... semi-thaw with microwave oven or natural decompression, or cook it while frozen.
Frozen food tends to lose its texture, so it is not suitable for dishes that enjoy a shaky rich texture of onions such as stir-fry, but it's recommended for dishes you want to make full use of sweetness

On rice onion ◆
Start stir - frying from medium fires to high heat with frozen, stir - fry slowly until low light is on the way and get rid of. Because moisture evaporation is fast, it is easier and faster to make than raw. For curry or onion gratin soup.

◆ on a meat sauce
Stir fry with fresh grilled meat, simmer together with tomatoes, spices, wine and so on. The sweetness goes out stronger than using raw onions, making a delicious meat sauce without trouble.

◆ To hamburg
It is OK if half decompressed and mixed as it is. I do not need the trouble of stir-frying and cooling. Even without stir-frying, the flavor and texture of onions are well-liked, making easy delicious hamburgers.

◆ Potato Salad or Cole Slaugh
It is ok if half decompressed and mixed with other materials as it is. As soon tastes and texture are familiar, sweetness is also available, so it is recommended.

◆ For dressing and salsa
It is ok if half decompressed and mixed with other materials as it is.
